| Monsanto is trying to get approval for round-up ready alfalfa. If you think this is a good idea, you really need to investigate more. Previous GMO "experiments" (think soy, rapeseed, etc) have proven that this WILL cross pollinate with real alfalfa. We all know what happens next when Monsanto decides to "uphold their patents". Farmers who have done nothing more than allow the bees and wind on their land will then be sued for "using" their proprietary gene.
